Photos and videos are permitted from the stands and general admission areas. Those who do not possess media credentials from an accredited news agency can volunteer to photograph/video events. Non-credentialed media wishing to volunteer to take photographs/videos and receive enhanced access to the field sidelines, pool deck, courtside, mat side, practices, rehearsals, etc. can review the . 

Volunteer Media Passes are not granted until the applicant receives a confirmation and official pass from the Communications Department.

This form does NOT grant permission to take photos or record videos.

  
Field Pass requests should be submitted to the Director of Athletics.
Volunteer Photographer/Media Pass requests should be submitted to the Director of Communications.
